Foundation of Prosperity: Ground Breaking Ceremony Marks New Warehouse Development Stamford Tyres officially commenced the development of its new warehouse in Kapar, Selangor, with a Ground Breaking Ceremony held on Tuesday, 3 March 2026. The event, themed “Foundation of Prosperity,” took place at Kawasan Industry Hi-Tech, Sungai Kapar Indah, Kapar, Selangor, during an auspicious time from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

Held on the 15th Day of Chinese New Year, a date symbolizing completeness, renewal, and prosperity, the ceremony marks the official commencement of the new warehouse development and reflects the company’s commitment to long-term growth and sustainable expansion. This milestone signifies more than just the beginning of construction; it represents a strong foundation for future opportunities, strengthened partnerships, and continued success.

The event’s highlights included a Welcoming Address, a vibrant lion dance performance (“picking the green”/Cai Qing) to usher in wealth, and the official Introduction of Guests of Honour. The core of the ceremony was the Ground Breaking Ritual (Shovel Ceremony), which symbolized the official launch of the construction phase and the laying of a solid foundation for future growth.
